(a) Sanitary Sewers. Each subdivision shall provide for sanitary sewers to be installed and located in accordance with Exhibit III and as directed by the Board of Public Affairs, provided that:
(1) The minimum size of a sanitary sewer shall be eight inches.
(2) The Board of Public Affairs may require a larger size sanitary sewer where the size and location of the subdivision makes larger sanitary sewer facilities necessary.
(b) Storm Sewers. Storm sewers shall be required, depending upon conditions existing in each individual subdivision, such as terrain, the number of lots and natural drainage. The minimum size shall be eight inches. Storm sewers, curb inlets and catch basins shall be constructed and installed in accordance with Exhibit III.
