1246.01 RESPONSIBILITY OF SUBDIVIDER.

All public improvements shown on the Subdivision Improvement Plan are the responsibility of the subdivider, unless otherwise expressly indicated. All public improvements, except as provided below, shall be installed in accordance with the standards and specifications of and under the supervision and inspection of, the Board of Public Affairs and Medina County Sanitary Engineers.
