1242.07 DEED APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL.

All deeds for the subdivision of land shall be submitted to the Planning Commission for approval. If approved, the deed shall be stamped “Approved by the Village of Westfield Center Planning Commission” and signed by the Chairperson, or in his or her absence, by any member thereof. If disapproved, the deed shall be returned within ten days, with the reason for the disapproval.
