1220.02 COMPOSITION AND ORGANIZATION.

The composition and appointment of the Planning Commission shall be in compliance with Ohio R.C. 713.01. The Planning Commission shall have five members, consisting of the Mayor, one member of the Village Council to be elected thereby for the remainder of his or her term as member of the Village Council, and three citizens of the Village to be appointed by the Mayor for terms of four years. All such members shall serve without compensation.
