858.03 LICENSE REQUIRED; PENALTY.

No person shall collect, transport or dispose of the residential trash of another for a fee without being duly licensed by the Village. Any person who collects, transports or disposes of residential trash of another for a fee without a license is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each residence from which trash was collected.
