As used in this chapter:
(a) "Person" means any individual, firm, or corporation.
(b) "Residential trash collector" means any person engaged in the business of collecting and disposing of trash generated by residents.
(c) "Resident" means a natural person who is not engaged in a business enterprise at the person's residence.
