(a) Every person or entity desiring a solicitor's or peddler's permit shall pay to the Village a permit fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year, payable in advance.
(b) Any individual having a valid solicitor's or peddler's permit and who actually peddles or solicits himself or herself may have permits issued to his or her employees in accordance with subsection (c) hereof.
(c) Employees of any solicitor or peddler who has obtained a permit under this chapter shall pay to the Village a permit fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year, payable in advance.
(d) Any person soliciting or peddling under Section 856.09 may, at his or her option, obtain a permit by paying to the Village a permit fee of two dollars ($2.00) per year, payable in advance.
