856.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   "Fixed place of business" means a business operated and conducted from the same location for a period of at least ninety continuous days in the Village.
   (b)   "Peddle" means to sell and make immediate delivery, or to offer for sale and immediate delivery, at any place within the Village, other than from a fixed place of business, any goods, wares or merchandise in possession of the seller.
   (c)   "Peddler" means any person who peddles.
   (d)   "Person" means individuals, associations of individuals, partnerships, corporations, societies and Massachusetts or Common Law Trusts.
   (e)   "Solicit" means to sell or take orders, or to offer to sell or take orders, at any place within the Village, other than a fixed place of business, for goods, wares or merchandise for future delivery, or for services to be performed.
   (f)   "Solicitor" means any person who solicits.
