No person shall conduct, or allow any other person to conduct, an occasional sale on premises zoned or used for residential purposes, in excess of two days, limited to Thursday through Sunday, or conduct more than two such occasional sales on the same premises, by the same household, within any twelve-month period between January 1 and December 31 of the same calendar year. Further, no occasional sale shall begin before 9:00 a.m. nor continue later than 6:00 p.m. on those days provided for herein.
