(a) Smoking of tobacco shall be prohibited at all times in the Village Hall.
(b) Smoking of tobacco shall be prohibited at all times in the Village Fire Station, except in a designated smoking area determined and indicated by the Fire Chief.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
