206.03 POLICY FOR AWARDING CONTRACTS BY COMPETITIVE BIDDING.

There is hereby adopted in and for the Village, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 9.31.2, the following policy for the awarding of competitively bid Village contracts: All competitively bid Village contracts shall be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
