909.03 FAILURE TO COMPLY.

If the owner of such land fails to comply with the notice or to cause the repairs to be completed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, the City Manager shall cause the sidewalks, curbs or gutters, or parts thereof, to be repaired and assess the costs thereof against the lots and lands abutting thereon.
