763.18 PROHIBITION AGAINST MINOR IN A SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS.

It shall be unlawful for a sexually oriented business licensee, and its licensed operator(s) and/or employee(s), to knowingly and intentionally allow any person under 18 years of age to remain on the premises of the sexually oriented business at any time the establishment is open for business.
