763.12 LIVE NUDITY AT SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESSES.

It shall be unlawful for a person to knowingly and intentionally appear in a state of nudity in a sexually oriented business. This section does not apply to the private rooms in an adult motel. Any sexually oriented business that is found in violation of this Section shall be subject to the license suspension and/or revocation procedure described in this Chapter.
