The nonrefundable initial license fee and annual renewal fee for a sexually oriented business license or a sexually oriented business employee license shall be set by the City Council at an amount determined to be sufficient to pay the cost of administering this Chapter. In no event shall the fees exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00) for the initial license and one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for the renewal fee for a sexually oriented business license. In no event shall the fees exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) for an initial sexually oriented business employee license and fifty dollars ($50.00) for the renewal fee for a sexually oriented business employee license. There is no fee for a sexually oriented business operator’s license.
