529.18 SMOKING PROHIBITED IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
   (a)    No person shall smoke in the Council Chambers of the Westerville City Hall while any public meeting or public hearing is being conducted therein.
   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
