529.12 BOATS ON ALUM CREEK.

(a) No person shall place any motor-propelled boat or permit the same to be placed or operated on the waters of Alum Creek along any City owned property except motor-propelled boats owned and operated by the City as patrol boats.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
