529.06 FENCES.
   (a)   No person shall erect or maintain any fence charged with electrical current.
   (b)   Barbed wire partition fences may be erected and maintained as provided in Ohio R.C. 971.03.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
