525.08 ENFORCEMENT.

This chapter shall be enforced by the Franklin County Board of Health and its designees, the Westerville Police Division, and the Westerville City Manager and his or her designees all of whom shall have concurrent jurisdiction to enforce all provisions of this chapter.
