(a) No person, being the parent or guardian or person having the legal custody and control of any minor, shall negligently allow the minor to violate Section 517.10.
(b) No person, being the parent or guardian or person having the legal custody and control of any minor, shall negligently allow the minor to be truant from school when the laws of the State require such child’s attendance in school.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
