509.05 TRESPASS UPON SCHOOL GROUNDS.

(a) No person shall trespass, loiter or remain in the building or upon the grounds of any school, in violation of the rules and regulations of the Board of Education or other authority of the school district in which such school is located.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of trespassing upon school grounds, a minor misdemeanor.
