(a) No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle containing hazardous materials upon any public or private property for a period in excess of two hours without first notifying the Fire Chief and Chief of Police prior to such action.
(b) For purposes of this section, “hazardous materials” means materials identified as such under regulations adopted under the “Hazardous Materials Transportation Act”, 88 Stat. 2156 (1975), 49 U.S.C. 1801, as amended.

(c) Whoever violates this section is subject to a penalty of five hundred dollars ($500.00).
