(a) No person shall park a vehicle on any street hereinafter set forth longer than one hour between the hours of 2:00 a. m. and 6:00 a. m. of any day, except physicians on emergency calls.
(1) State Street between West Home Street and Park Street;
(2) College Avenue between Knox Street and the first alley east of State Street;
(3) Main Street between Knox Street and the first alley east of State Street; and

(4) Cleveland Avenue between Main Street and the corporation line.
(b) No person shall park a truck, bus, commercial tractor, trailer or semitrailer on any street or highway for a period longer than two hours.

(c) No person shall park a vehicle on any street or highway for more than forty-eight hours. No person shall park a vehicle, of which the manufacturer's rating exceeds one ton in weight, on any street or highway for a period longer than two hours.

(d) No person shall park a truck, bus, commercial tractor, trailer or semitrailer on any street in a residence district, except for the purpose of delivery to or the receiving of goods or other articles from a residence in such district, or in connection with the construction, repair or other services being performed, during the actual parking time, at a residence in such district. This section shall not be construed to authorize the conduct of any business from residential premises.

(e) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
