(a) Telecommunications and Utility Permits shall be granted for a term not to exceed ten years.
(b) The terms of Special Permits shall be determined by the City Manager but shall in no event exceed ten years.
(c) The term of a Wireless Facility Permit shall be as set forth in Section 901.20.
(d) The term of a Right-of-Way Work Permit shall be determined by the City Manager, but in no event shall exceed one year.
(e) Accelerated permit terms due to invalidation or revocation. In the event that any court of competent jurisdiction invalidates any portion of Federal or State law such that it would not mandate approval of any Permit, or in the event that the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio issues a ruling or otherwise revokes a certificate under which a Permit was issued, such Permit shall automatically expire one year from the effective date of the judicial order, unless the decision specifically does not authorize accelerated termination of previously approved Permits. A permittee shall not be required to remove its improvements approved under the invalidated Permit if it submits an application for a Permit for those improvements before the one-year period ends. The City Manager may extend beyond one-year the time in which a permittee may apply for a Permit.
