SECTION 3. CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND ETHICS.

Unless otherwise provided in this Charter or by ordinance of the Council, the laws of the State of Ohio pertaining to conflicts of interest and ethics shall apply to all employees, members of boards and commissions and to all persons elected or appointed to an office of the Municipality.
