The provisions of Section F-112.3 of the Fire Prevention Code adopted in Section 1501.01 are amended to read as follows:
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this Code or failing to comply with any order issued pursuant to any section thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day that a violation continues after service of notice as provided for in this Code shall be deemed a separate offense.
