Pursuant to Article III, Section 13(g) of the City Charter, the International Property Maintenance Code 2021 edition as published by the International Code Council, including Appendix A thereof but not including Appendix B thereof, is hereby adopted as the property maintenance code of the City for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided; and each and all of the regulations of such International Property Maintenance Code, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section, except as otherwise modified by Section 1327.03.
