Except as to premises located in the Uptown District, variances to this Chapter may be granted pursuant to the procedure and criteria set forth in Chapter 1113 or Chapter 1108. Variances for premises within the Uptown District may be granted by the Uptown Review Board pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 1107.05 and the criteria established by Chapter 1147.
