1155.01 PURPOSE AND INTENT.

The purpose of the Office-Institutional District (OI) is to encourage and provide for the orderly development of office and institutional uses with a view to their unique demands for traffic accessibility. This District will often serve as a compatible buffer between residential and commercial use areas
