1108.02 SITE PLAN REQUIRED.

Prior to issuance of a zoning certificate for all developments other than single family residential, two-family residential and developments located within a planned zoning district, except a sexually oriented business in a Planned Community Commercial district, a site plan as defined herein shall be submitted to the City of Westerville for review and approval.
