7-2-8: SCOPE OF CHAPTER:

Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed as in any manner repealing any provisions of this Code relating to any particular business now being licensed by the Village in which vehicles are being used upon the streets or alleys of the Village for the purpose of such business.
