A. Hours: No person may use lawn maintenance equipment except between the following hours: 1) seven thirty o'clock (7:30) A.M. and eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. on Monday through Friday; 2) nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) P.M. on Saturdays; and 3) twelve o'clock (12:00) noon and four o'clock (4:00) P.M. on Sundays and holidays. B. Definition: For purposes of this section, "lawn maintenance equipment" shall mean lawn mowers of any type, weed trimmers of any type, leaf and grass blowers of any type, mulchers, aerators, and any kind of mechanical noise creating device customarily used to cut grass and weeds and to collect cut grass and weeds. The term "lawn maintenance equipment" shall not include any equipment identified as "heavy equipment" in subsection 5-2-3A of this chapter or any tool referred to in subsection 5-2-3B of this chapter.
