6-2-7: PENALTY:
Any violation of this chapter is punishable by a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 04-10, 6-21-2004)
