Any person, firm, corporation, business entity, licensee or licensee's employee who is found in violation of any section or sections of this chapter by a hearing of the local liquor control commission, shall be subject to the following penalties per hearing:
A. Revocation of the license for cause; and/or
B. Suspension of the license for cause for not more than thirty (30) days; and/or (Ord. 89-04, 4-3-1989; amd. Ord. 92-01, 1-6-1992)
C. Payment of a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00); and/or (Ord. 89-04, 4-3-1989; amd. Ord. 92-01, 1-6-1992; 2004 Code)
D. Payment of reasonable village attorney fees for prosecution of a violation which results in the suspension or revocation of the license for cause. (Ord. 89-04, 4-3-1989; amd. Ord. 92-01, 1-6-1992)
