3-2-2: LICENSE REQUIRED FOR RETAIL SALE OF LIQUOR:

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell or offer for sale at retail in the village any alcoholic liquor without having first obtained an alcoholic liquor license as herein provided. (Ord. 89-04, 4-3-1989)
