A. The agency shall consist of a coordinator. The coordinator shall be appointed by the village president subject to the advice and consent of the board of trustees. The village manager shall provide a recommendation upon the request of the village president and board of trustees.
B. The village president may suspend or discharge the coordinator at any time pursuant to Illinois statutory authority.
C. The coordinator may also serve as a member of another village of West Dundee department or commission.
D. From time to time the village president and board of trustees of the village may add members to the agency. (Ord. 94-07, 4-18-1994)
