The ultimate density of a proposed development shall bear directly on the amount of land required to be dedicated for library sites. Based on a study conducted by the village, it has been determined that the total requirement shall be one acre of land per three thousand five hundred (3,500) of the ultimate population and may be allocated by the village board at its discretion.
