The ultimate density of a proposed development shall bear directly on the amount of land required to be dedicated for municipal sites. Based on an evaluation of the current scope and level of the municipal services provided and the attributed impact of residential growth on said services, it has been determined that the total requirement shall be one acre of land per one hundred fifty (150) of the ultimate population and may be allocated by the village board at its discretion.
