That portion of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section 9, Township 78 North, Range 25 West of the 5th P.M., lying North of the North right-of-way line of the C&NW Railroad; and except the East 33.0 feet; and except an approximate 7.58 acres in the Northeast (NE) corner of said Lot 2 being 1254 feet East and West and 15 rods (247.5') North and South; Lot 2 of the Referee's Plat of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 9, Township 78 North, Range 25 West of the 5th P.M., more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing 7.21 chains (475.86') South of the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) and on the East line of said Section and running thence West on a line parallel with the North line of said Quarter Section a distance of 40.28 chains (2658.48') to the center line of said Section, thence South along the half section line 20.71 chains (1366.86'), thence East on a straight line to a point on the East line of said Section 20.59 chains (1358.94') South of the place of beginning, and thence North along said East line 20.59 chains (1358.94') to the place of beginning; and Lots 3 and 4 of the partition plat of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 9, Township 78, Range 25 more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast (SE) corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) and running thence North along the East line thereof 12.22 chains (806.52') thence West parallel with the South line of said Quarter Section 40.24 chains (2655.84') to the West line of said Quarter Section, thence South along said West line 12.22 chains (806.52') to the Southwest (SW) corner of said Quarter Section, thence East along said South line to the place of beginning, except the railroad right-of-way running through said land, and except that portion of the aforementioned property which lies South of the railroad right-of-way.
