Prior to, or in conjunction with development or transfer of ownership of any portion of the specific plan, said area shall be platted in accordance with the city's subdivision ordinance to delineate within a plat the parcel to be developed or sold separately or any portion thereof. Lots without public street frontage in accordance with city code requirements and/or lots less than the minimum square footage/acre required by code for the designated zoning parcel shall be considered acceptable if supported by appropriate access easements and if approved by the appropriate approval body as part of an overlay district site plan, permitted conditional use permit or subdivision plat.
