§ 32.07 AUTHORITY TO SELL REAL ESTATE OWNED BY CITY.

(A) Whenever City Council determines that it would be in the best interest of the city to sell certain real estate owned by the city, it may authorize the City Manager to sell such real estate without advertising for bids for such sale.

(B) The sale of such real estate shall be for a price, and upon such terms and conditions, as Council may approve by ordinance.
