Any person who violates, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of the regulations set out in this Ordinance shall be fined no less than $50.00 and no more than $200.00 for each offense; and each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. All such violations will be reported through the office of the Building Inspector, and enforcement carried out by appropriate jurisdiction.
