170.05 ENFORCEMENT OF PROVISIONS.

CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WEST BURLINGTON, IOWA

These regulations shall be enforced within the City limits. On land located within two miles of the City limits and in jurisdiction of the West Burlington Planning Authority, enforcement of regulations shall be made through mutual agreement between Des Moines County and the City.
