CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WEST BURLINGTON, IOWA
17.05 APPOINTMENTS.
The Council shall appoint the following officials and prescribe their powers, duties, compensation, and term of office:
1.   City Administrator
2.   City Clerk
3.   Finance Officer
4.   City Attorney
5.   Planning and Zoning Commission
6.   Public Works Director
7.   Zoning Board of Adjustment
8.   Fire Department Fire Chief, Officers, and Members
