The signs listed in table below are expressly prohibited in all zoning districts.

Any sign attached to or placed on a vehicle or trailer continuously parked on public property or public right-of-way; provided, however, that this provision shall not be construed as prohibiting the identification of a firm or its products on a vehicle operating during the normal course of business. Public transit vehicles and taxis are exempt from this provision. |
Any sign not expressly allowed by this chapter. |
Any sign that is not a public sign that is located in, on, under or over a public right of way, except as allowed in Section 160.05 (Encroachment Standards) of this chapter. |
Any sign that violates or advertises activities that violate City, state or federal law. |

Signs or sign structures which resemble or conflict with traffic control signs or devices, which mislead or confuse persons traveling on public streets, or which create a traffic hazard. |
