CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WEST BURLINGTON, IOWA
15.03 APPOINTMENTS.
The Mayor shall appoint the Mayor Pro Tem and the Mayor also appoints, with Council approval, the following officials:
(Code of Iowa, Sec. 372.4)
1.   Police Chief
2.   Park Board
