§ 35.22 LAW ENFORCEMENT TRUST FUND.
   (A)   A West Alexandria Law Enforcement Trust Fund is herein created pursuant to R.C. Chapter 2981 and other applicable law.
   (B)   All moneys deposited into said Trust Fund or expended from said Trust Fund shall comply with R.C. Chapter 2981 and other applicable law. The Mayor and Chief of Police shall create a policy to periodically and according to law account to the Village Council and to otherwise comply with R.C. Chapter 2981 and other applicable law.
