§ 35.21 DISTRESS GRANT FUND.
   (A)   A Distress Grant Fund and a Federal Grant Fund are hereby created for allocation of moneys received from the state and federal governments.
   (B)   These Funds are hereby created for the allocation of moneys received under special grant applications.
