(A) An Ambulance Billing Fund is hereby created and/or established for the village.
(B) The Fund is created to assist the village in complying with its contractual commitments, and to the extent necessary and appropriate in meeting such contractual commitments, the fund is deemed to be retroactive to January 1, 2007.
(C) The Village Fiscal Officer shall seek the formalized approval of the Ohio State Auditor’s Office for the creation of this Fund, and upon their approval, shall assign appropriate accounting numbers to this Fund with any advice and assistance the State Auditor’s Office can give.
