Whenever Village of West Alexandria equipment and/or personnel respond to/for emergency action contemplated under R.C. § 3745.13, the responsible party/wrongdoer shall pay the Village of West Alexandria a sum of money according to the most current special response cost summary approved by the Preble County Fire Chiefs’ Association that is on file with the Clerk of the village, and in addition shall pay to the village, the replacement cost for all village property damaged, destroyed or consumed at the scene of the emergency, if said property is not specifically listed on said cost summary.
